Miljoenen mensen nemen de veiligheid van hun voedsel, water en consumentenproducten dagelijks voor lief. Waarom? Vanwege drie letters: NSF. NSF-certificering is uw sleutel om ervoor te zorgen dat de producten die u gebruikt voldoen aan strenge normen voor de bescherming van de volksgezondheid.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Door een door NSF gecertificeerd product te kiezen, weet u dat het bedrijf voldoet aan de strenge normen en procedures die door NSF worden opgelegd. Van uitgebreide producttests en materiaalanalyses tot onaangekondigde fabrieksinspecties, elk aspect van de ontwikkeling van een product wordt grondig ge\u00ebvalueerd voordat het de certificering kan behalen.<\/p>\n

Het belangrijkste is dat de NSF-certificering geen eenmalige gebeurtenis is, maar dat er regelmatig inspecties ter plaatse van de productiefaciliteiten worden uitgevoerd en dat de producten regelmatig opnieuw worden getest om ervoor te zorgen dat ze aan dezelfde hoge normen blijven voldoen die nodig zijn om de certificering in de loop van de tijd te behouden. Als een product om welke reden dan ook niet voldoet aan een of meer certificeringscriteria, zal NSF handhavingsacties ondernemen om u te beschermen, waaronder het terugroepen van producten, openbare kennisgeving of de-certificering.<\/p>\n

Producten die een NSF-certificering verdienen, zijn naar verluidt “NSF-gecertificeerd” of “op de NSF-lijst” en dragen het toepasselijke NSF-certificeringsmerk<\/a> om aan te tonen dat ze zijn getest door een van de meest gerespecteerde onafhankelijke producttestorganisaties van dit moment.<\/p>\n
